Who is Paul?
I'm Dr. Paul Syme, a leadership researcher, facilitator, speaker, and Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at St. Francis Xavier University.
My research explores what imaginative leaders actually do when there is no obvious path forward. I bring that research into the room to help you and your team see differently, navigate uncertainty, and move into action.
