Paul Syme, EdD, is a leadership researcher, facilitator, speaker, artist, and Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership at St. Francis Xavier University. His work helps leaders and teams build the capacity to navigate uncertainty, strengthen trust, and move ideas into meaningful action.​
